Hello, my name is Carly. I have been a teacher in public education for the last twelve years working at the elementary level in the area of special education. I have been blessed to work alongside many wonderful professionals and be inspired by so many unique students. I have a passion for teaching. I consider myself a self-starter, loyal, motivated, organized, creative, personable, inclusive, and empathetic individual; all characteristics that I believe make me a strong teacher. Over the past four years, I married my husband, and we had two beautiful children. My desire to spend more time at home with my own kids has led me to leave my job as a full-time teacher and seek a different career path through tutoring that allows me to still do what I love, teaching.
