I am licensed in the state of Virginia as a special education teacher, concentrating in the Elementary (K-5) area inclusion teaching. I have been a teacher or teacher assistant in special education for three years and a tutor in virtual settings before that. I am comfortable with online or in person instruction. My background is in History, with an undergraduate degree from the College of William & Mary. I am currently pursuing my graduate degree in Special Education from the University of Virginia. I can capably teaching writing and language arts, essay writing and editing, and various other foundational critical thinking skills through a college level.

I am married, with one daughter, and two dogs.
