I've been an educator for almost 30 years. Much of my experience has been with English language learners and I am currently teaching in Spanish in a Dual Language Immersion program. The teaching strategies I have learned along the way are adaptable to various types of learners. I have a nurturing disposition and enjoy creating a good rapport with parents because I feel it is essential in order to partner and foster in the child's learning. My hobbies include spending time with my family and traveling around the United States.
