I have taught middle and high school World and American History, as well as World Geography. I have a M.A. Of Education with a emphasis on educational technology, and a B.A. of History. I currently teach at a top private school in the middle division. I hold a TESOL certification for teaching English to children. I taught ESL for one year in Shenzhen China.

I have been reading and playing music since I was four years old. I have played piano, violin, cello and clarinet. I have also taught myself the basics on several other instruments. I was classically trained with the Suzuki and Royal Conservatory programs. I have taught both children and adults music theory and instruments. I have been trained in mainstream and musical theater vocals. I have done many productions such as Guys and Dolls and Into the Wooods. I have participated in theater on stage on on the technical side for over 30 years, and acted in television and film for 10. I also volunteer my time with my school for their yearly musical production.

I was a gymnast for 10 years and have been involved in a variety of other sports such as badminton, volleyball, bowling, equestrian riding, skiing and cheerleading.
