I began teaching ESL in 1998 at Don Bosco English Language School in Kansas City, where I worked for five years. I also taught English in Guayaquil,Ecuador for two years at El Centro Ecuatoriano Norteamericano. I taught 12 of the 16 classes offered at CEN, as well as a conversation course that I designed for graduates and staff of the school.
I am particularly good at working with intermediate to advanced ESL students that want to increase their fluency ($10/hr.)
I also tutor Spanish students.($10/30 min.)
I have a masters in Curriculum and Instruction and Foreign Language Instruction. I am certified to teach Spanish, ESL, and Language Arts.
