As a substitute teacher in the Poway Unified School District since 2020, I have adeptly managed diverse classroom settings, ensuring students continue to thrive in the absence of their regular teachers. Previously, as a second and third-grade teacher in the Solana Beach School District, I developed and implemented standards-based lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of my students. My ability to adapt instruction, create individualized learning plans, utilize technology effectively, and maintain strong, compassionate communication with parents and staff has been instrumental in fostering student success.
