My name is Monica DeLaCruz and I am a teacher. I have over 20 years experience in education and have worked as a PreKinder, first, and fourth grade teacher. I have been an elementary school principal and worked as a Federal Programs Director at the district level. I have also worked as an ESL specialist at the high school level and taught adult education. I own, direct, and teach in my own preschool where I work with children ages 2-5 largely in an outdoor setting. I have three TX certifications - ESL (all level), bilingual (Prek - 8), and Mid Management. I am also TEFL certified.
