My experience working with children began early in my life, and it’s truly become something I love. I started babysitting in eighth grade, which eventually grew into spending my summers traveling as a nanny. Throughout college, I continued this path by working in a nursery and tutoring students as a writing coach.
I’ve always had a deep passion for reading and writing. Although I studied English literature, I made it a priority to branch out—taking courses in creative writing, visual fiction, and travel writing, all of which strengthened my love for storytelling and working with young learners.
I’m available Monday through Friday during school hours, and I’m also happy to help on weekends with tutoring or after-school support.
Looking ahead, my goal is to earn my master’s in teaching at Columbia University or New York University and become a full-time elementary school teacher. Any experience I can gain before beginning my graduate studies would be incredibly valuable and truly appreciated.
