I was a stay-at-home mom for 12 years for our three daughters! Once our youngest started full-time school, I decided it was time to discover what career I wanted for myself. I went back to school to become a licensed social worker. However, after working for Monroe Elementary, I changed gears and began going to school for my teaching license. In May of 2025, I will take my state licensing exams, and I will be ready to teach pre-k through 5th grade! I love science and social studies but I value all education and consider myself a life-long learner.
