Pam Werner has a B.A. degree in elementary education and music. She has observed teaching and lectures by Dr. Shinichi Suzuki and has been very blessed to be able to study piano and the philosophy with Dr. Haruko Kataoka of Matsumoto, Japan for more than twenty years. Mrs. Werner's student played in the first US International Ten Piano concert in Sacramento, California. Other of her students have performed in other International Ten Piano concerts in
Sacramento as well as Matsumoto, Japan. (These events provide high quality training for both student and teacher).
Mrs. Werner loves working with children of all ages (even adults). She loves a quote from Pablo Casals, "Perhaps it is music that will save the world.
Upon observing the effect and influence of piano lessons in the lives of the students she has taught and is teaching, she feels we are making a very positive difference in the lives of our children through the right kind of music lessons.
