Hi there! My name is Alexus, and I am an experienced educator with a passion for helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. I hold a Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction and bring over eight years of teaching and instructional leadership experience to my work.

Throughout my career, I’ve taught, coached, and supported learners from diverse backgrounds, always focusing on creating engaging lessons, building confidence, and making learning meaningful. I specialize in literacy development, differentiated instruction, and designing hands-on activities that help students truly understand what they’re learning.

I believe that every child can thrive with the right support, encouragement, and structure. That’s why I prioritize building strong relationships, setting clear expectations, and tailoring instruction to meet each student’s unique needs.
