Hi! My name is Yessenia and teaching is my passion. I have a Bachelor’s in Spanish, a Bachelor’s in Bilingual Education, and a Master’s in Bilingual Education from Texas A&M University in College Station. I am also an EC-4 certified teacher. I have experience teaching Spanish in immersion setting to children and adults. As a public school teacher, I taught PK for 3 years and 3rd grade for 2 years. During the pandemic I decided to homeschool my daughter. It was only suppose to be temporary, but I fell in love with the flexibility and results that homeschooling offers. As a homeschool mom, I have taught PK, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade.
I have also taught middle school math, social studies and science.
