I am a born and raised Houstonian. I got married and lived in Georgia for five years. There, I continued my studies at Shorter University graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. I am currently working on my teaching certification. I have more than 18 years of experience in raising my own children. I’ve been very fortunate to be able to stay home and care for them. I don’t have teaching experience. However I look forward to start gaining a meaningful experience in teaching. I am very passionate about children; know the importance of positive childhood experiences/learning. As a mother I’ve successfully had a positive influence on my own children. I know the importance/ understand that positive childhood experiences are crucial for a healthy adult life. Time is of essence and I will value the time with every child that I get the opportunity to teach.
