I hold a doctorate in music from Rice University and am an internationally performed composer with over 3 years of classroom teaching experience in music theory and ear training, and over 10 years of individual tutoring experience. In addition to music theory/ear training, music composition, and music history, I can teach basic electronic music and digital audio recording/editing. I'm trained as a pianist, so I can incorporate keyboard skills into lessons if desired. I'm available for lessons in and around the Rice University, Museum District, Montrose, and West University areas of Houston.
