I believe that education is the key to success for young children.  I have a strong passion to educate young minds and help them to become successful.  My academic background thoroughly augments my teaching experience, I’ll giving me a high level of confidence in educating students in various grades.
 
One of my greatest strengths as an educator is meeting students' unique needs by developing a personal understanding of each one of them.  I achieve this by seeing and assessing the students as individuals, and tailoring lesson plans to accommodate multiple intelligence's.  Furthermore, I establish a good rapport with all students and make certain they receive sufficient praise and positive reinforcement.
