Hi! I'm a former teacher with a Bachelor's in Elementry Education from Norther Arizona University, with many years of private and public school teaching as well as experience with homeschooling my own children. I currently sub in our local district and enjoy the time I have in the classroom. I am active in the community and the acting president of the athletic booster club in our school district. I also have experience working in special education, one on one with children who have dyslexia and ADHD. I believe that teaching should be matched with the learning style of the student and knowing that style is imperative to have growth.

I am also a mom to a 13, 17 and 19 year old. I love to read historical fiction, run and be in the mountains whenever I can. Our family loves hockey, GO STARS, and can be found at a local rink most weekends watching my sons play. I have a golden doodle named Pepper and 2 cats, Phoebe and Steve that keep our house happy and crazy!
