As you can see from my resume, I have had several different careers in my 30+ years of working. I began in retail and babysitting in high school, to working in laboratories in college and right after, to teaching science in traditional classrooms, to serving in ministry at my local and regional churches, to biopharmaceutical manufacturing at a fortune 500 company working on COVID vaccines during the pandemic, to private security work. In the midst of all of that, my husband and I homeschooled our three sons from preK through 12th grade graduation.

All of this to say that I am imminently qualified to teach all levels of students in multiple platforms and environments. I can teach children how to read, write and do arithmetic up to the 8th grade level. I am Texas Teacher certified to teach secondary science (6th-12th grades). I am able to teach/tutor at the college level for biological sciences (Biology, Human Anatomy, Invertebrate and Vertebrate Zoology). I have experience successfully teaching students with dyslexia and autism without the benefit of school services since it was at a private school and no such services existed, nor did we have a special education department to rely on.

Teaching groups or individuals, online or in-person, young child through adult I have experience with all of it. I am mobile and available for both on-line and in-person teaching.
