As a dedicated professional with a unique blend of experiences, I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to any educational institution. With seven years of hands-on experience in education (grades 3rd, 5th, and 6th), both as a teacher and a leader, I have honed my expertise in fostering academic excellence and nurturing the growth of students. Holding teaching certification in early childhood through 6th grade across all subject areas, as well as an ESL endorsement, I am equipped to address diverse learning needs effectively. Beyond the classroom, my seven-year tenure in law enforcement as a police dispatcher has instilled in me a strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and crisis management skills. Raised in Fort Worth, Texas, I possess a deep understanding of the local community and its dynamics. Furthermore, my commitment to professional development is underscored by the attainment of two master's degrees in education and Principal as an Instructional Leader certification, which equip me with the vision and capabilities to drive positive change and lead educational institutions towards excellence.
