My name is Hail, and I am currently a Montessori instructional aide. I recently graduated with my Bachelor's of Science degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. I completed my student teaching on the North Island of New Zealand, getting a deeper understanding of culturally relevant teaching. My emphasis in university studies was the science of reading with phonics intervention. I strive to provide developmentally appropriate practices to students of all backgrounds.
