Hi! I’m Caila White, and I’m finishing up my eighth year of teaching! I’m originally from Connecticut and moved to North Carolina to attend High Point University, where I earned my degree in Elementary Education and Special Education. I'm currently working on a graduate certificate in Nonprofit Management at UNC Charlotte.
I’ve taught both fourth and fifth grade and currently teach at The Fletcher School, where I support students with learning differences using multi-sensory instruction. I love helping students grow and succeed through creativity, data-driven teaching, and lots of fun!
Outside the classroom, I enjoy live music, traveling, reading, and spending time with loved ones.
