I am a certified teach and tutor with experience working with students with reading and math intervention. I am utilize reading programs used for children with reading disabilities and using multisensory approaches to phonics/ reading, such as Barton (an Orton-Gillingham based program) and UFLI. I love to learn and grow as an educator and strive to stay up to date on the research behind the science of reading and best teaching practices for every subject.
