PicoDiagnostics software can be used to test the battery (12 V or 24 V), alternator (for charging and diode ripple), starter motor and associated wiring. You can then print an easy to the understand report for your customer. The test is so quick to do that its wortwhile doing on every vehicle that comes into your shop.

By measuring the battery just as it is delivering peak current to start the engine we have a reliable, repeatable test that is more accurate than handheld conductance testers and safer than old fashioned “stab testers”.
