I love teaching ESL! I love it so much I am getting my master's degree in TESOL. A typical lesson with me includes some target language work, such as articles, prepositions, verb tense, phrasal verbs, or whatever we decide is best for the time. (I usually send materials for my student to look at prior to lesson.) Lessons often include role play for specific situations where the student feels weak. And all lessons include some general conversation (with some error correction) about an interesting topic (often culture).


Skype lessons are more convenient and less expensive than in-person lessons. I was dubious about the quality of them until I tried it. Now, I am very impressed with the quality and convenience of Skype lessons.
