Throughout my
career, I have had the pleasure of working in many different facets of education,
including classroom teaching, director of childcare centers, mentoring and
curriculum development. I feel that I am a very positive, energetic person, who can
bring excitement to working with schools and faculty. I consider myself ambitious and
determined, as well as a collaborator and team player. I have worked hard to pilot
programs in schools and have been very successful.
The above attributes, combined with a strong willingness to give students a proper
understanding of all elementary subjects, concepts, and curriculum, makes me a great
candidate for this position. I have developed programs and deciphered curriculum,
which has given me the opportunity to learn implementation of curriculum in the
classroom. I believe that I bring a variety of different approaches, a clear
understanding and implementation of differentiation, scaffolding and rigor to the
implementation of curriculum. I have been a mentor, a team leader, and childcare
director which has given me years of experience in an administrative, leadership role.
