Hi! I am a teacher and academic advisor with experience in several areas. I am a versatile teacher who specializes in all types of Writing, ELA, College Counseling, and History.

1. I home-schooled my own children in the Classical method, and three of my children are now college graduates. I help other homeschooling families with instruction and academic planning.

2. I privately tutor elementary students in all subjects, including Latin. For middle and high school students, I tutor all types of Writing, ELA, History, and Humanities.

3. I have 20 years of classroom teaching experience (mostly middle and high school) in Writing, ELA, History, Study Skills, and Latin in both private school and home-school group settings.

4. I do college counseling which includes college searches as well as admissions and scholarship essay coaching. I also helping students earn college credit during high school to reduce the cost and time spent in undergrad programs.

My passion is seeing students succeed in reaching their full academic potential. My strengths are connecting with a variety of learners, making education fun and interesting, and helping students adopt study skills. I am available in-person or online for any of the above services.
