Hello! I began working with kids around the age of 16. I started out working at a local daycare. During my time leading up to becoming a certified teacher, I’ve worked with afterschool programs, babysat, mentored, interned in a first grade classroom, and substitute taught. In May of 2021, I graduated with my bachelor’s in education. This will be my 3rd year teaching 2nd grade. My top 3 goals as a teacher is to build relationships with my students, to seek and bring out my students’ natural gifts, abilities, and talents, and help students to establish an identity as a learner and foster a deep love for lifetime learning.
