My name is Lindsay and I have been working in the field of education for over eight years. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with students across a wide range of grade levels—from kindergarten through grade 8 in my earlier roles, to my current work as a Teaching Assistant in grades 9–12.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Educational Studies and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Teaching, with the goal of becoming a certified classroom teacher. Supporting students academically, socially, and emotionally has always been at the heart of my work, and I am passionate about helping every learner reach their full potential.
In addition to my work in schools, I am actively involved in my community. I serve as Co-Director for the Town of North Collins Recreation Department and the Co-Director of the After-School Program. I also coach youth soccer for ages 4–12, run an athletic club for children, and organize craft sessions for kids ages 4–12. These roles allow me to combine my love of education, teamwork, and creativity while building strong community connections.
I am also the owner of my own tutoring business, where I work one-on-one with elementary and middle school students. Tutoring gives me the opportunity to provide personalized support, helping students build confidence and develop skills that set them up for long-term success.
Whether in the classroom, on the field, or in the community, my focus is always on creating positive, engaging, and inclusive experiences for children of all ages.
