Hello! I’m Erika, a passionate and dedicated educator with over 15 years of experience working with students in various educational settings. My journey as a teacher has been incredibly fulfilling, and I believe that every child has the potential to succeed when given the right support and tools.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked as an Elementary Classroom Teacher (PreK/TK-6), Reading Intervention Specialist (K-3) , and more recently as a Homeschool Teacher (K-12), . I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of students, including those with diverse learning needs such as dyslexia, ADHD, and other learning differences. I understand that every child learns in their own unique way, and I tailor my approach to meet the individual needs of each student, whether in-person or virtually.

I am deeply committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment where all students, regardless of their challenges, can thrive. I strive to foster a love of learning, building confidence and helping students reach their full potential. My greatest inspiration comes from seeing my students succeed—whether it’s mastering a new skill, improving in reading, or simply gaining confidence in themselves.
