With over 11 years of dedicated teaching experience, I am currently serving as a Math Instructional Coach for grades K-6. In this role, I have the opportunity to mentor and support teachers, helping to elevate the quality of math education and foster a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts among students.

My journey in education began as a second-grade teacher, where I taught all subjects in a self-contained classroom. This comprehensive experience provided me with a holistic understanding of young learners' needs and the importance of integrating various disciplines to enhance overall learning. I then transitioned to teaching third grade, specializing in Math/Science and Reading/Social Studies. This specialization allowed me to develop targeted strategies to engage students and improve their academic performance in these key areas.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. I am passionate about using innovative teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and accessible for all students. As a Math Instructional Coach, I continue to be driven by my love for education and my desire to see both teachers and students succeed.
