I am proud to say that growing up I was AVERAGE in all my math classes. While I struggled through content at times, I always loved the puzzle that mathmatics is. The love for figuring out math led me to become a seondary math teacher with experience in algebra 1, algebra 2, Pre-calculus, and AP Calculus AB. Becuase of my struggles as a students I feel better equiped as an educator since I understand the misconceptions that students come with, and know how to help resolve them. I believe math is empowering and have a mathmatical identity often leads to higher success in post secondary life!
