With over 25 years experience in the field of education, I have taught, tutored and counseled thousand of students. I have experience working with students in all subject matters, all grade levels, all ability levels and all motivation levels. I have worked both in public and private settings as a professional tutor, classroom instructor, and middle and high school guidance counselor. I have a California Substitute Teaching Credential and a California Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Counseling.

Additionally in my role as a High School Counselor, I provided academic advising, implemented academic intervention strategies, administered test prep, and proctored state and national tests. I successfully advised students and parents on four year course plans and delivered full service college admissions advising. My caseload included hundreds of students per year, and students gained acceptance into all levels of college and university admissions, from community college, in-state and out-of-state public and private universities, top tier and Ivy League universities as well as a few international universities.
