I’m a Montessori teacher with 7 years of experience teaching K-6th grade, all subjects. My favorite subject to teach is math, and I take great joy in making abstract concepts accessible by using manipulatives and visual representations, as well as breaking down complex ideas into understandable steps. Scaffolding learning and witnessing students develop analytical reasoning, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills is incredibly rewarding for me. One of the most fulfilling aspects of teaching math is hearing students say, “Math is fun!” and “I want more challenges!”
