With 10 years of experience in public school education, I am a dedicated and passionate educator specializing in elementary education and English as a Second Language (ESL). I have taught ESL, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades, gaining extensive experience in classroom management, time management, conflict resolution, lesson planning, assessing and progress monitoring. My background in the classroom setting has equipped me with the flexibility and skills needed to create a supportive and engaging learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds and learning levels.
