Kort’ne Sneed is a passionate and dedicated educator with extensive experience supporting diverse student populations through innovative instruction, restorative practices, and technology integration. She holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Juveniles and a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Prairie View A&M University, where she is also completing her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership.
Currently serving as an ESL Teacher at Mead Middle School, Kort’ne designs and delivers engaging lessons that build English learners’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills while collaborating with colleagues to foster inclusive classrooms. Her previous roles include serving as a DAEP Educator at Yes Prep Thrive, where she implemented restorative practices to support student success, and as a Digital Learning Specialist with Houston ISD, where she coached educators on technology-based instructional strategies to improve student achievement.
Kort’ne’s career reflects her commitment to equity and student growth, from her early experiences as a camp advisor and juvenile probation intern to her leadership as a learning coordinator and interventionist. She is certified in ELAR 4–8 and CPR, bringing both academic expertise and a strong focus on student well-being.
