I am a purposeful and catalyzing leader in the constant search for growth and improvement.

I have experience in leadership and management in several industries. As a teacher, I was able to be of service while cultivating skills as a communicator, personal developer, counselor, planner and organizer, data analyzer, and community builder. After leaving the school-teaching career path, I transitioned into the retail industry. The culture at the company I worked for focuses on personal development, which propelled me to develop my skills in leadership while getting experience in customer service, marketing, merchandising, and operations. Currently, as the Assistant Director of Operation, I continue to be a leader to employees and clients. I am able to put into action the tools I have learned such as: solution-based managing, essential speaking, community building, operations analysis, and client relations. In my role, I take and help make the action necessary to evolve both the business and the people who compose it.

My short term goal is to transition into a career in strategic marketing and/or business development. I hope to work for a major firm that allows me to put business strategy into action so that I can achieve my long term career goals of creating my own consulting business with the mission to empower society’s minorities and disadvantaged.
