Hello! I have been homeschooling my two daughters since 2007. I have 21 plus years of teaching experience with a diverse education background. I have taught both in public and private schools. Additionally, I taught four years online as a reading and math instructor k-adult (including homeschooled students). I hold a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, and a second Master’s in Educational Leadership. I hold endorsements in mid-level education, social science, and language arts. During my tenure as a teacher, I held the positions of Curriculum Specialist, Social Studies, Science and English Language Arts teacher. As a Specialist, I was a literacy/instructional coach that spent time in classrooms modeling lessons, supporting teachers with their classroom needs, using data for the differentiation of lesson plans, and providing professional development both in and out of the classroom based on best practices. I look forward to developing and engaging in an educational relationship with the students in their learning processes.
