I have 26 teaching experience at the elementary level. I have taught kindergarten, third grade, fourth grade and fifth grade. I believe in supporting students in their academic journey by instilling a love of learning. Students should enjoy what they are learning and be able to make connections for deeper understanding. I always guide my students to ask questions and think critically about the topics they are studying to help further their curiosity and desire to learn more. I believe in creating lessons that foster independent and collaborative learning, creativity and a love of learning.

I am a life-long learner and love to inspire others to be the best version of themselves. In my spare time, I enjoy playing and relaxing with my 3 dogs. I also enjoy exercising, cooking, playing board games, and reading.
