Isabella Carpiniello is a dedicated and creative Special Education Teacher with a strong foundation in inclusive education and student-centered instruction. With experience across K–5 settings in Colorado & New York, Isabella designs individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet each learner’s academic, social-emotional, and functional needs. She is skilled in data-driven instruction, progress monitoring, and collaborative problem-solving alongside families, general education teachers, and support staff.

A graduate of the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, Isabella holds dual master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Childhood and Special Education with a Mathematics minor. She brings a holistic and compassionate approach to her work, balancing evidence-based strategies with creativity and empathy to help students thrive. Beyond the classroom, she is an active photographer and lifelong learner passionate about visual storytelling, technology integration, and fostering inclusive communities for all learners.
