Hello I am looking forward to working as your tutor, for anything from elementary school to teaching English to adults. I have experience in all areas, as you will see.

Education:

BA in Humanities from San Jose State University

-I have studied literature, math, history, science, arts, languages, public speaking, appreciate different perspectives and intelligently discuss many current events.

AA in Liberal Arts from De Anza College

12 Early Childhood Education Units (ECE)

I am currently planning to be an elementary school teacher and receive my Multiple Subject Credential. I have passed both the CBEST and CSET MS.

Professional:

I am a preschool teacher in Mountain View and have experience working with 3-5 year old children. In addition I have worked as a substitute teacher in the Cupertino Union School District (K-5) and have taught students from regular teachers' lesson plans or used my own plans with success.

Also I'm an active member of a local Toastmasters club, where members learn public speaking and leadership skills in a supportive and friendly environment. I have given at least 10 speeches and am speaking from advanced manuals. Also I have served as officers and leaders in my club.

My Teaching Style:

I firmly believe everybody can learn, regardless of who they are or what they know. I eagerly look forward to instructing people from all walks of life.
