I am a passionate and dedicated elementary school teacher with a strong background in creating engaging learning environments using targeted instruction, assessments, and data-driven strategies. In my previous roles, I’ve been recognized by administrators for my strengths in classroom management, differentiated instruction, and ongoing professional development. My evaluations consistently highlight my calm, solutions-oriented approach to both student needs and teaching challenges.

Over the past three years, I’ve taught across a range of grade levels and communities. I began my career teaching 1st grade in the Tustin Unified School District, where I focused on foundational literacy through the Science of Reading, including Heggerty and other phonics-based programs. I then transitioned to teaching 6th grade in the Magnolia School District, where I integrated Thinking Maps to support student success across content areas. Most recently, I served as an Elementary Dance teacher in the Newport-Mesa Unified School District, teaching TK through 6th grade. Through dance, I fostered creativity, collaboration, and self-expression, helping students connect with learning in meaningful, artistic ways.
