I am a dedicated and student centered educator with over 17 years experience teaching in Buffalo Public Schools and mentoring new teachers. Throughout my career, I have created engaging, inclusive classrooms where every student feels valued and supported to reach their full potential. My teaching philosophy focuses on equity, collaboration, and innovative instructional practices that foster creativity, curiosity, confidence and a love of learning.
Beyond the classroom, I've led professional development, served on district and union committees, and supported colleagues in curriculum design and classroom management. I hold master's degrees in Childhood Education and Urban Planning. I bring a broad understanding of how education connects to community development and workforce readiness.
I'm passionate about helping students develop strong academic and social emotional skills that prepare them for lifelong success.
